The Minneapolis-Saint Paul Grant Program, in partnership with the Neighborhood Development Center (NDC), is awarding a total of $72 million to eligible small businesses across select neighborhoods in North Minneapolis, South Minneapolis, and Saint Paul.

Workshop

NDC is hosting a series of workshops that walk you through everything you need to apply for a Minneapolis - Saint Paul PROMISE Act grant.

Each workshop covers eligibility, application questions, and required documentation. Registered participants also have the opportunity to sit down one-on-one with a technical advisor to have their specific questions answered.

How to Check a Business Address’ Eligibility

Use the ⛶ icon in the top right corner to view the map full screen.

Once in full screen, click the 🔍 magnifying glass on the left side of the screen, and enter the business’ address in the search bar. If the address appears in a shaded area, it is likely a neighborhood eligible for the Minneapolis and Saint Paul program.
